Due to a period of significant growth at GO!, we are looking to appoint a Network / Membership Manager as part of our driven and collaborative agency account management team.
The GO! Network team sits at the heart of GO! and are the external face of the business for all its agency members and are responsible for supporting all internal teams to drive the business and contribute to commercial growth via agency membership renewal.
The GO! Network Managers are responsible for managing and communicating to agencies during their membership and for increasing the rate of membership renewals through attentive client management, clear communication, and direct insights and membership performance reporting.
Indirectly, the role supports both the brand and agency partnership managers with their targeted outreach with an ‘always on’ mindset with the ambition of growing the value of The GO! Network.
You will continually consider how GO! membership can be improved from both an experience and value perspective, ensuring members receive tangible value from their membership, have every opportunity for ROI and enjoy their business growth journey with GO!

The varied role offers the opportunity to become a specialist Network Manager managing an internal team and portfolio of agencies across specific agency specialisms.
