GO! has ambitious plans over the next 5 years, as we look to disrupt and positively influence the brand-agency selection process and relationships, facilitated by our proprietary technology system The Portal. These plans include a presence across the UK and hiring some of the most passionate and commercial professionals in the sector.
Due to a period of significant growth and recent product and technology launches, GO! are looking to appoint into the role Network Retention Manger to manage and maximise our relationship with a cross section of agency members.
Sitting within the central Network Team, Network Retention Managers are responsible for managing agency memberships, with the primary goal of maintaining & further increasing the rate of membership renewal, through attentive client management and development of best-in-class relationships.
The Retention Manger is responsible for delivering all effective communication and reporting in line with our membership SLA to ‘their’ agencies – the overall ambition being a partnership which is maximised and enjoyed, thus leading to members renewing.
The Network Retention Manager is a commercial role working in partnership with both internal teams and external agency clients, towards mutual benefit and success.
In line with the central function of the Network team, the role has responsibilities and deliverables which support across all teams and drive revenue.
