Our business model and values ensure that when you choose us to support your agency search, we will be 100% committed to finding you the right agency partner, ensuring the best fit for your unique needs, objectives, and ways of working.

The following pages outline our guiding principles that ask all brands we work with to acknowledge in return for the work we are about to carry out cost free. These are designed to encourage open communication and adherence to the process, ensuring successful outcomes for all involved.
1. Reputation Protection and Honest Communication
As your partner, The GO! Network is committed to protecting your brand’s reputation in market, in line with the Pitch Positive Pledge’s principle of transparency and reducing stress in the pitch process.

Open, honest, and timely communication is essential throughout our partnership. Should your needs, timelines, or objectives change, please inform us immediately so we can adapt and maintain clear, professional interactions with all agencies involved.

This ensures an effective and smooth agency search and selection process, minimising unnecessary work and disruption.
2. Confidentiality and GDPR Compliance
The GO! Network is committed to maintaining strict confidentiality and GDPR compliance, as outlined by the Pitch Positive Pledge. We ensure that your data, as well as the data of any external agencies involved, is managed securely.

Before any agency is presented with your brief, they sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement, which ensures that all information shared remains confidential. We expect our brand partners to maintain the same level of confidentiality.
3. Commitment
Our process is structured to ensure efficiency and a positive experience for all involved, in line with the principles of the Pitch Positive Pledge, which advocates for reducing unnecessary work and ensuring fairness.

Commitment to Feedback: At each stage of the process, we ask for the brand’s commitment to providing feedback on all agencies involved, whether they are successful or not. This ensures that all agencies, who invest time and resources into the process, receive constructive insights to improve and grow from the experience, and further protects your reputation.

Communication: To ensure the success of this process, we ask that all communication with agencies be managed through The GO! Network, up to the point of contracts being signed, to maintain control and integrity throughout (unless agreed otherwise).

Timelines/Diaries: Our brand partnerships team work to ensure that relevant dates/timelines accommodate your existing commitments, diary and other stakeholders, balancing a level of urgency with fairness in relation to those agencies involved in the process.

All we ask is that when dates/times have been agreed in advance that they are given the same level of commitment in return. Should any changes be required due to factors out of your control we will make all efforts to provide adequate solutions.
4. Our Commercial Model & External Agencies
Working with brands in a transparent, communicative and respectful manner is what allows us to continue offering our Agency Search and Selection service as cost free.

Only by brands agreeing to work with us in this way, as this document outlines, can we ensure that we can continue to do so.

Our revenue is generated through agency membership fees and commission when an agency secures new business through our platform thus the emphasis on a mutual success model.

If you discover an agency of interest through your own research, or have one referred to you directly - we request that you inform us.We will then qualify them for the brief alongside the other agencies we are considering, providing you with adequate reasoning & our assessment/recommendation. Should you still wish to proceed, we will endorse them through the same process as the other agencies we are endorsing.

Maintaining this integrity and fairness of the process, in line with the Pitch Positive Pledge’s goal of transparency, will enable the GO! process to remove bias, mitigate risk and guard against the inefficient use of time running concurrent processes.
5. Aligning with the Pitch Positive Pledge
We are committed to the Pitch Positive Pledge’s values of responsible and intentional pitching. By working with The GO! Network, you help us uphold these standards, ensuring that all agencies are treated fairly, with respect for their time, energy, and resources. This also guarantees a more sustainable and efficient process that benefits both the brand and the agencies involved.

Open communication and transparency are essential to success. If these guidelines cannot be followed at any point, please communicate with us promptly so we can address any concerns.
