<p class="gn-lede gn-reveal">Symeres operates across Europe and North America as a contract development and manufacturing organisation (CDMO), helping pharmaceutical and biotech companies bring transformative therapies from discovery through to development.</p>
<p class="gn-reveal">The organisation has experienced significant growth through mergers and acquisitions and is now focused on building a more unified global brand and increasing its share of voice within a highly competitive life sciences market.</p>
<p class="gn-reveal">With internal marketing resources limited and a desire to move beyond purely promotional posts, Symeres began searching for a specialist partner capable of owning and evolving its social media strategy, particularly across LinkedIn.</p>
<p class="gn-reveal">Working closely with Katie Strickland, Head of Global Marketing, The GO Network helped refine the brief, identify suitable agencies, and manage the shortlisting and pitch process.</p>

<h2 class="gn-reveal">The Appointment</h2>
<p class="gn-reveal">Tribera will now lead Symeres' social media strategy, taking ownership of content planning, platform management and performance measurement across LinkedIn.</p>
<p class="gn-reveal">The agency will work closely with the Symeres marketing team to develop a more strategic and insight-led social presence, supporting brand awareness and lead generation among senior scientific and pharmaceutical decision-makers.</p>
<p class="gn-reveal">The remit includes developing a clear social media strategy, delivering regular content aligned to the company's expertise in drug discovery and development, and establishing a reporting framework to measure the impact of social media on brand visibility and business growth.</p>
